On October 14th, we had the honor of hosting a special live taping of The Combat Jack Show featuring Reggie Ossé (aka Combat Jack) and Dan Charnas interviewing television writer-producer-activist-author Norman Lear.

It was an incredible evening -- during the intimate conversation, Norman, Reggie, and Dan discussed the monumental impact Norman’s work has had on the culture and music of hip hop.

He has also received four Emmy Awards, 14 Emmy nominations, a Peabody, the National Medal of Arts, and the Humanist Arts Award.
