Clive Live's first all women + non binary fronted show happening on December 8th in partnership with Women That Rock! Women That Rock was founded by our own amazing CDI professor Andie Aronow as a music discovery platform dedicated to supporting, promoting & celebrating up-and-coming female and non binary artists. WTR produces unforgettable live music experiences, bringing to life concerts, showcases, parties & music events featuring musical lineups of exclusively female and GNC talent. This special edition of Clive Live will feature a special artist from WTR - Tiger Darrow!
About Tiger Darrow: Based in New York City, Tiger Darrow is an award-winning singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Beginning her career as a classically trained cellist, Tiger crafts her songs with intricate string arrangements and distorted beats, fusing the aggressive with the delicate. The Dark-Alt pop singer draws inspiration from Julia Michaels, Lana Del Rey, and St. Vincent.
Her production credits include Dezi’s “Chaos Mode” and Rachel Bochner’s “Ghosted My Therapist,” both of which gained recognition on TikTok and together have accrued over 9 million streams on Spotify.
As a vocalist and cellist, Darrow has been featured in dozens of artists' music, including Kanye West, Rosie, Jamie Miller, Durand Jones and the Indications, L’Rain, Alex Warren, Maddie Zahm, Jordy, Will Jay, Vaeda Black, Pool Cosby, Wakey!Wakey!, and more. Her voice and music have also been featured in a variety of soundtracks and commercials such as Robert Rodriguez’s Spy Kids 5: Armageddon, Machete and Red 11, Cathy Yan's award-winning Dead Pigs.
Opening for artists such as Edie Brickell and The New Bohemians, The Eagles, and Erykah Badu, Darrow also performed as a sideman for Laufey, Cautious Clay, Durand Jones and The Indications, Lauv, Zack Villere, Camille Trust and Wakey!Wakey!
Clive Live is a student run show series that gives a platform for CDI artists to showcase their talent.
