Office of Community Engagement
The Office of Community Engagement builds community, facilitates meaningful dialogues through restorative practices, and provides support to ensure the various needs of our community are met.
At NYU Tisch, we are committed to fostering a culture of belonging within the school by: reviewing practices and policies; providing resources and tools to students, faculty, and staff; and cultivating a community that prioritizes open communication, collaborative decision-making, and opportunities for growth to support a more enriched learning environment.
In alignment with university efforts, we continue to build out restorative practices to strengthen relationships with all members of our community.
"Only with collective efforts will we be able to move towards the just and open community that we envision, educating the artists, scholars, and entrepreneurs who will create the new knowledge required in this new age."
