As our semester comes to an end ahead of winter break, we could not pause our seasonal reflection without mention of the ultimate highlight of our time here at CDI this semester. To commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Clive Davis Institute, our founder Mr. Clive Davis himself joined us on November 29th to give an interview moderated by Ari Melber, host of MSNBC’s news program “The Beat w/ Ari Melber” on the topics of Mr. Davis' career, his inspiration for the creation of the Clive Davis Institute, and the vision behind its mission to provide education and support to the next generation of music industry leaders. This visit was such an honor to all of us in the CDI community, and an inspirational reminder of our focus: educating and supporting the future generation of music.
