The Clive Davis Institute at NYU Tisch School of the Arts congratulates EunJae Kim (“EJAE”), CDI Class of 2014, on winning a Golden Globe for Best Original Song for “Golden” from K-Pop Demon Hunters (Songwriter). EJAE has also been nominated for an Oscar in the Best Original Song category, and multiple Grammys, including Song of the Year, and Best Song for Visual Media.
K-Pop Demon Hunters—which also took home the Golden Globe for Best Animated Motion Picture—showcases the extraordinary talent of two members of the CDI community on a global stage. The film features EJAE alongside former CDI student Audrey Nuna, and REI AMI, as the singing voices of fictional group Huntrix from KPop Demon Hunters. EJAE, Audrey and REI AMI are also nominated for a Grammy in the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance category. We celebrate the quality and impact of their work.
EJAE and AUDREY personify the Institute’s long-standing commitment to developing a diverse range of artists and entrepreneurs whose individual artistic and social contributions are felt worldwide.
