Fabienne Leys

Fabienne Leys is a music executive with over two decades of experience in pop, hip hop and R&B, from her time in A&R at Def Jam working on releases for Jay-Z, Nas, and Rihanna to management and A&R at Roc Nation and leading A&R and producer management at Atom Factory. She's helped producers and songwriters secure platinum placements, negotiated multi-million dollar touring deals for artists over the past decade, and overseen catalog development and rights management across multiple ventures. At ATC Management, she manages artists including Hayley Kiyoko, Kelela, and serpentwithfeet; recently serving as Associate Producer on Kiyoko's directorial feature film debut "Girls Like Girls" for Focus Features. Her work centers on long-term artist development: structuring deals, managing P&L, leading A&R and creative strategy across music, film, and touring.
