After 3 months of preparation and with a huge urge of exhibiting our works offline, the ITP 21’ and ITP 22’ Go Local team partnered with the Anomaly Shanghai, to present ‘Etude’ at Anomaly OPEN gallery. Most projects are created by the end of last semester by our cohort and we thrive to bring all of them into this warm, gentle spring for people to vision and feel. If you want to learn magic from a computer, become a chocolate guru, or even season your own tornado, this is the right place for you to come, fly, and roll.
The one-month exhibition consists of two parts. Part 1 (26th March - 29th March), presents over 20 interactive artworks, ranging from computer-generated artworks, motion-sensor games, to multiplayer interactive games, exploring the future of interactive art through experimental new media types. Meanwhile Part 2 (2nd April - 9th May) creates an immersive spatial experience consisting of video art, painting, photography, illustration, and creative collage pieces.Come if you are in Shanghai, and have fun.
