A One-Year, Three-Continent Graduate Experience in Creative Technology

Offered jointly by NYU Tisch School of the Arts and NYU Shanghai, the Master of Arts in Interactive Media Arts (IMA LowRes) is a one-year program where you’ll explore technology's potential to foster creativity, connection and care - from interactive art to applied innovation.
Program Highlights
A Truly Global Low-Residency Format
- 12-month master’s degree combining online and in-person learning
- 3 in-person residencies: New York, Berlin, Shanghai
- 2 remote, part-time semesters (Fall & Spring) with synchronous courses and collaboration
