The (Virtual) Coding Lab Speaker Series

Sam is a developer and creative coder based in Brooklyn. Since 2010 he's worked at Cycling '74, where he contributes to the Max/MSP development environment for real-time video and audio synthesis. Important projects include the Mira iPad app, Node for Max, and Rhythm Necklace. This talk will look at a few different projects, how they came together and what kind of programming challenges were involved, and what it's like to be a programmer at a distributed software company.
