Unconference/XStory Hackathon 2017

*UNCONFERENCE/XSTORY* HACKATHON 2017 <https://itp.nyu.edu/unconference/>*

**XStory is short for Experiments in Storytelling, a Google grant that supports ITP faculty, residents, and students pushing the boundaries of storytelling through technology. 

*When:* Jan 17th - Jan 20th 10:30-7:45

Tues, Wed, Thurs, you can come and go as you please, and Friday stick around for the whole day to participate in the hackathon

*What:* Tuesday and Wednesday will feature classes from current students and residents on coding, UX, pcomp, improv theater, and more. Thursday is sponsored by XStory and all classes will feature XStory core technologies such as virtual reality, motion capture, machine learning, and more. Friday is an all day hackathon centered around the theme story telling.

*Why:* brush up on old skills, learn some new ones, make a new project in one day, and get ready for the spring semester
