Artist Talk: James Clar

James Clar will go through a selection of his work and the evolution of its process, while discussing the constantly changing application of technology and 'media art' within the contemporary art scene. 

Bio:

James Clar studied film and animation before coming to ITP (graduating class of '03). While at ITP he moved away from screen based work and into developing new visual systems by controlling light as physical, sculptural pixels. He was a resident at Eyebeam Atelier, Fabrica, and lived and worked in Tokyo and Dubai. His work has been exhibited at galleries and museums globally.
