Anna Alekhina was born in Kaliningrad, a unique Russian city, which is separated from the motherland, and located in Europe. After completing her undergraduate degree in journalism in Moscow, she worked as a film editor for eight years.

Raed Alsemari

Dunya's Day

Raed Alsemari is a writer/director based in NYC and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. His film Dunya's Day received the Short Film Jury Award for International Fiction at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. Before attending NYU, Raed obtained his BA in History and Literature from Harvard University with a focus on Postcolonial Studies.

Lin Que Ayoung is a writer, director, producer, and editor, who started her career as a Hip Hop Performer and Lyricist. After three major record deals, the growing misogyny and homophobia caused her to go back to school with the hope of transforming her verbal poetry into visual lyricism.
