Brian Kim

Brian graduated in 2013 and freelanced in NYC for a year, before moving to LA to work at DreamWorks Animation. He is currently a Production Coordinator on How to Train Your Dragon 3 and has previously worked on Kung Fu Panda 3.

Christen Smith

Christen Smith

Christen is a video content producer-director, teacher, and visual artist. She graduated from NYU UGFTV in 2005, having served on the Student Animation League leadership team and spearheading the first annual NYU Spring Animation Showcase. After freelancing extensively as an animator and editor at some of New York City’s top production studios, she is now the Creative Lead at Digg, the internet media startup, where she is guiding and directing its original video content strategy and production team. She also loves teaching the Intro to Animation Techniques course in the UGFTV Animation Area.

Maggie Kraisamutr

Maggie Kraisamutr

Maggie is a freelance visual effects compositor based in Los Angeles, CA. Her career in film and television began in New York City as a 2D digital animator for Nick Jr's Little Bill shortly after she graduated from New York University's UGFTV program with an emphasis on stop-motion animation in 2000. When she moved to Los Angeles in 2004 she landed her first job in visual effects working as a color compositor for Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. Since then, she has worked for various studios with credits that include Twilight, The Muppets, and the 8th installment of Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Demi Chen

Demi Chen

Demi graduated in 2014, when the Student Animation League was awarded a President’s Service Award under her presidency. She worked in NYC for two years as an assistant designer and coordinator on a Disney Junior show, before moving to LA. She is currently a Production Coordinator at DreamWorks TV and pursuing her favorite hobby, illustration, on the side.
