Russell appeared as Sheriff Troy alongside fellow alum, Glenn Fleshler, as the de facto "gover-mint" of the post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland in what was an outrageously fun television series.

The series, which was already renewed for a second season, debuted 16 days ago and has since lassoed more than 65M viewers, making it the second most-watched title ever in that time frame on Prime Video, according to the streamer" (Deadline).
