The 29 Hour Projects

A collaboration between Grad Acting & Department of Dance, the Department of Dramatic Writing, and the Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program.

Two projects - one play and one musical written by alums of the Writing programs and performed by the Grad Acting Class of 2025 - will be rehearsed and presented for one week.

Prodigies

When a new talented competitor appears at an annual youth piano competition, Isla, Benji, Kinsleigh, and Eden question their own passion, competency and ability to keep up with the growing demands of being a prodigy.

On August 24, 79 AD, in the ancient city of Pompeii, one Roman family faces their final day in the shadow of the catastrophic explosion of Mount Vesuvius. As the ash falls, the family must confront questions of life, death, and whether the in-between has any real meaning at all.
