A shadow accidentally separates from the young boy it belongs to and ends up in stranded in New York City. Over the course of several years, the shadow learns to become it's own being in the bustling city, but struggles with its desire to reunite with its human self.

Poulomi Mukherji is a New York-based animator, director, and storyboard artist. She is an ambitious storyteller with a broad range of skills from stop-motion fabrication to storyboarding for television, and she is equipped to take on any kind of project. She currently works for the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence directing animated shorts for all ages as well as freelances for companies like Spotify, Universal Kids, and Hornet Inc. Her mind is a messy database of whimsical worlds and characters that she loves to bring to life through her art.
