Every year, The Empire State Building Student Film Contest, invites NYU film students to create a short film about the Empire State Building. UGFTV Student, Pedro Tamames won for 2018/19 with his film, "The Red Balloon." Tamames wasn't the only person from Tisch involved. There was also, actress Bridget Spencer, producer Britney Ngaw and ADs Carmen Antón and Adrian Kader.
