SXSW Jury Award Winner for Animated Short (http://alexalimhaas.com/aguaviva/) and UGFTV Animation Area Alumnus Alexa Lim Haas visited on March 27, 2018 to guest lecture in Professor Bae's Animation: From Pitching to Pipeline to Production course in which students explore their personal style and develop an idea into a pitch book while working on their portfolios (FMTV-UT.1116).
Alexa shared her process for developing short films and shared stories of her journey after graduating from NYU. Students were able to relate and connect with Alexa on the challenges of being a director and raising funds for her films such as applying for grants.
