An interactive workshop for administrators and faculty at Tisch School of the Arts

In this facilitated workshop, we will explore your core values that drive your work at Tisch and how they shape your role within the arts. Together, we'll examine where our values come from, why they matter in our professional and creative endeavors, and how they influence our decision-making, relationships, and careers.
Through reflective dialogue and collaborative exercises, participants will deepen their understanding of personal and collective values, connecting them to the vibrant, evolving culture of Tisch. Whether you're just starting your journey or have been part of the Tisch community for years, this workshop will offer new insights and tools to align your values with your work, fostering a stronger, more intentional creative culture. Workshop will be facilitated by Carrie Meconis, Senior Director of Faculty Development & Administration.
