Ray Kosarin

Professor Kosarin produces and directs animation for TV and film (productions include the TV series DARIA, THE WORLD OF TOSH, BEAVIS AND BUTT-HEAD, and feature film BEAVIS AND BUTT-HEAD DO AMERICA). He writes and edits about animation and animation history (for publications including Backstage, Animation Magazine, ASIFA Magazine: The International Animation Journal, and the forthcoming edition of the Bendazzi text Cartoons—One Hundred Years of Cinema Animation). His films have been invited to internationally-respected festivals including Annecy, Zagreb, Hiroshima. He has served on the ASIFA International Board since 2003.
He teaches History of Animation at NYU.
