"Crossing the Garden With the Eyes Closed"

Performance Studies M.A. candidate Cora Laszlo will present "Crossing the Garden With the Eyes Closed", a dance solo created as part of her LEIMAY Garden Fellowship. The virtual offering will be on Thursday, October 22, at 7:30 pm!

The initial purpose of the Fellowship was to create a site-specific dance on New York City Community Gardens, however now that the gardens are closed, the aim is to conjure a garden within a room. The performance will be live-streamed, and there will be a Q&A after.

Cora Laszlo is a MA student in Performance Studies at NYU. She is a dance-maker, choreographer, teacher, and author. Her work and research are mostly based on improvisation.
