At 20-years-old, Wren consents to treatment at a local New Orleans psychiatric hospital, but after she arrives realizes that she has been sent to an under-funded facility that lacks the proper attention and full-time staff to properly help their patients. With the help of her family, Wren realizes there are ulterior motives behind the reasoning for keeping her there.

Charlotte has proudly worked for Academy Award-winning producer Scott Rudin, director Michael Mooreand theatre agent Leah Hamos at The Gersh Agency.

During her two years working at Scott Rudin Productions, Charlotte was quickly promoted from intern to assistant. She participated in the development of films such as Fences (2016), Lady Bird (2017), Annihilation (2018), Mid 90’s (2018), and more. In the commercial space, Charlotte has directed and shot promotional shorts for the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), Michael M Collection, and The Malibu Life (a luxury real estate company founded by Madison Hildebrand of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listings).

Charlotte earned her BFA at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, majoring in Film and Television Production. While in school, her short film CAROUSEL received accolades at NYU’s New Visions and Voices Festival for Ensemble Cast. She also spent a summer abroad in Paris, studying Art History and feasting on fresh baguettes. Charlotte strives to empower women by telling their stories. As a former actor, her direction focuses on guiding cast to embody behavioral truths.
