Join us for a screening of two thirty-minute Advanced Television Production pilots produced this year, ALI'S WORLD FAMOUS HALAL CART and Pushing. All Tisch faculty and students are invited. The Advanced Television Premiere Screening of this year's thirty-minute television pilots showcases the collaborative efforts of two production teams working within the industry model of television production, delivering professional caliber work as their capstone projects. Family, friends, cast, crew, faculty, and colleagues from the Kanbar Institute of Film and Television come together to celebrate these students' accomplishments.

After inheriting her estranged father’s halal cart, a 23-year-old girl stumbles into New York’s street-vendor black market and learns the truth about who he was.

Pushing created by Renee Carlson & Maya Stark
A comedy about two laid-back skaters, a film major on a razor scooter, and an ambitious skater girl attempting to skateboard from New York to San Francisco. They must use the power of brohood to overcome challenges from unbearable blisters to overbearing moms to make it to San Francisco.
