No where else in the world can you find the range of disciplines in one school. Over the last 50 years as we forged new programs, built our home in New York and expanded to our global academic centers, institutes emerged. Each are built with shared values, common goals, and a priority for putting students first. The result – a place where artists and scholars create the future.
The Kanbar Event Series expands students' access to relevant films, events, and people in the industry, in a space were curriculum meets entertainment.
The events are always fun while also informational, innovative, and exciting. KES offers a wide cross-section of events and films including the work of recent alums, new-release blockbusters, and faculty-nominated work by current students. We provide students the chance to see things and hear from people they wouldn't otherwise encounter, or wouldn't otherwise have access to for free. You can also check out our Facebook page or follow @NYUTischFilmTV on Twitter for KES event details and information about other opportunities around the city.
To access events only open to Tisch community members, use your NYU NetID to log in.
