NiNi Dongnier, MFA '19's "Field Record" was selected for the Movement Research at Judson Church 2019 Spring Season.
"Field Record" carefully balances the interplay between structure and improvisation. It is part of on-going artistic research center around the topic of Motion, Landscape, and Interactive Material.

NiNi Dongnier (b. Inner Mongolia, China) is a choreographer, theater/video artist and dancer, based in New York and Beijing. She holds BA/MA from Beijing Dance Academy, studied at SUNY Purchase, later New York University Tisch School of the Arts’s MFA in Dance and Technology. Her works have been presented by Movement Research at the Judson Church, Gibney Dance, IAC Chelsea, The National Centre for the Performing Arts (China), Beijing Tianqiao Theater, China Dance Lotus Award among other venues, as well as collaborative projects in Art Basel-Hong Kong, Being 3 Gallery and Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum. She was an American Dance Festival international artist-in-residency of 2011. She teaching on the faculty of Beijing Dance Academy since 2012. FIELD MOTION was founded by NiNi Dongnier in 2018.
