Dance Department Tours

Interested in learning more about Tisch Dance, seeing the studios, or asking any questions about choosing our program? Contact us for an In-Person Department Tour for the BFA in Dance today! 

Please see our tour dates below for this Fall 2024 semester. Tours will include an overview of the Tisch Dance building, Q&A about our BFA program, and end with observing a dance technique class. 

Advance sign-up is required. Please email tischdance.tours@nyu.edu at least one (1) week in advance and include the date you would like to visit:

  • Friday, October 25 from 1-2pm
  • Monday, October 28 from 10:30-11:30am
  • Friday, November 1 from 1-2pm
  • Monday, November 4 from 10:30-11:30am
  • Friday, November 8 from 1-2pm
  • Monday, November 11 from 10:30-11:30am
  • Monday, November 18 from 10:30-11:30am
  • Friday, November 22 from 1-2pm
  • Monday, November 25 from 10:30-11:30am
  • Monday, December 2 from 10:30-11:30am
  • Monday, December 9 from 10:30-11:30am

If the above dates do not work for you, please email tischdance.tours@nyu.edu with your availability from Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm and we will make best efforts to accommodate an alternative time. 

If you are not able to travel in-person to NYC but are interested in applying to NYU Tisch Dance, we are hosting two Virtual Q&A Sessions over Zoom this fall semester - Wednesday, October 23 from 7:00 - 8:00pm ET and Tuesday, November 26 from 3:00 - 4:00pm ET. Tisch Dance is located at 111 2nd Avenue, New York, NY 10003, and is part of the NYU Washington Square campus. However, our tour only includes the Tisch Dance BFA program and building. If you are interested in touring the rest of the NYU Washington Square campus with an Admissions representative, please schedule here
