For the Fall 2015 semester, I interned for the Reserve Film and Video Collection at New York Public Library of the Performing Arts. The archive I worked contained collections of mixed media from the New York State Council on the Arts. The collections present a history of NYSCA's involvement of supporting emerging media artists spanning from 1972 through 2001. My main responsibilities in working with this collection included tracking, assessing, describing and inventorying the holdings with a view to making this archive fully accessible to the public.
