Blanca Ulloa is a Ph.D. candidate in Performance Studies at New York University and a 2021-2022 artist-in-residence at La Casa Encendida and the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona. In 2021, they cocurated the study program Gear with Petals with Beatriz Ortega Botas, Alberto Vallejo, and Leto Ybarra at Hangar (Barcelona). They have recently presented their work at La Casa Encendida (2022); and Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo (2020), and have received grants and awards from Tisch School of the Arts, the Fulbright Program, and the Botín Foundation.
