Jack Chen

Jack is a media artist with a passion for exploring the relationship between technology and society through visual storytelling, often through the lens of science fiction. His short films and photography works have gone on to exhibit in various magazine publications and film festivals including the Oxford International Short Film Festival and Berlin Sci-Fi Film Festival.

With a BFA in film production, Jack is expanding his skill sets at the ITP Master's program, exploring new possibilities of storytelling through technology after previously working as a photographer and video producer. Some of Jack's mediums of exploration include virtual production filmmaking, interactive VR experiences, and augmented reality.
