She is a fellow at Film Independent’s Producing Lab, alum at Mentorship Matters (Amazon/Sony), The Thousand Miles Project (UCP) and the Asian-American Stories of Resilience programme (PBS/A-Docs). Consider The Facts

"Despite my position as a director, I believe I am the kind of storyteller that works best putting my passion to paper as a screenwriter. I love to write, but most importantly, I love to write comedies, as I feel they're some of the most important kinds of stories you can tell, especially in the current zeitgeist. Whether or not I'm at the helm of a project, I'm always looking to create."
