Bobby is a young man growing up in the shadow of Boston's opioid epidemic. To keep his dream of becoming a professional hockey player alive, he is forced into the brutal role of enforcer. But when the thing he loves most in life also becomes his greatest source of pain, he must choose between pushing on by abusing opioids, or giving up the only love he's ever known.

Sam is a director and editor from Needham, Massachusetts. He gravitates toward stories that are controversial and perspective changing. Anything that delves beneath society’s gilded tendencies. Living in New York City, he has worked on a wide range of narrative, commercial and documentary films for companies including; National Geographic, PBS Nova, The Ford Foundation, Amazon and CBS Sports. When he’s not making films, Sam enjoys exploring the city, playing guitar and doing ceramic pottery.
