Katie Schiller is a New York based filmmaker and 2017 graduate of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. Katie has directed, produced, and assistant directed a number of professional and independent projects ranging from short films and branded content to feature-length productions. Katie identifies as a queer filmmaker and finds coming-of-age stories about the LGBT community to be particularly important and integral in demonstrating their often overlooked universality. Katie currently works in scripted television development at First Look Media's Topic Studios.
