On December 13th, 2019, Tisch Dance will be having their Special Friday Masterclass session.

The DynamitExperience (TDE) is a dance company that creates visceral experiences through contemporary choreography and community engagement. By examining the human condition and our relationships to each other, TDE explores movement that resonates with audiences and stimulates conversation. Contemporary partnering is something I certainly want to explore and create a perfect incubator for my experimental efforts in merging the classical works done with Pilobolus and Paul Taylor with that of contemporary influences like Stefanie batten bland and Kyle Abraham in an cohesive way. TheDynamitExperience endeavors to be the bridge, if you will, between modern classics and present contemporary exploration. As a teaching artist, I’ve shared my experience with American Ballet Theater, Joffrey Ballet (contemporary/jazz  and ballet ) Gibney as well as AILEY( arts /education & certificate professional and PPAS programs). I plan to share that knowledge from those various companies while examining the alternative manners in which to explore and expand upon the foundation of modern contemporary partnering. As a choreographic experience I would simply implement all these elements that comprise TheDynamitExperience process and explore opportunities to implement the unique vocabulary that is ever evolving and manifesting in the creative process.
