Alumnus, Aaron Samuel Davis, Receives an Award from German Government

Alumnus, Aaron Samuel Davis, receives the Förderpreis fur Darstellende Kunst 2019 award as an emerging artist and talent from the German government!

The award was presented by the mayor of the city and was encomasssing: Performing Arts, Fine Arts, Philosophy, and Literature!

Words from Aaron Samuel Davis: "Truly thankful for all the work that I have been able to do and for falling deeply in love with the performing arts back in the 7th grade. Thanking those family and friends who have supported me along the way and all the places I’ve been able to travel to for receiving me with open arms and for presenting challenges. Thanking the many good teachers I’ve been blessed to study with and my colleagues and collaborators for their trust and work. Creating and opening spaces is what we shall do! I am honored to receive the Förderpreis fur Darstellende Kunst 2019 alongside other brilliant artists."
