Business Telephone

NYU IT provides telephone services including setting up a new telephone, changing the caller ID, updating voice mail password, enabling or disabling long distance call, and adding bridge function, etc. 

Tisch IT serves as the representatives to NYU IT, and assist you in submitting a communication service request to NYU IT.

Please allow two weeks for your request to be solved. Keep your case number in case you call NYU IT at 8-3333 for a status update.


Mobile Devices

NYU issues mobile devices to approved employees in Tisch and provide support on configuring devices to access NYU Email, Calendar, VPN, and other services.



Bulk Email

NYU IT provides multiple bulk email services for both single email blasts and subscription-based messaging to the University community.

Tisch has integrated our own marketing and communication tools with which you can send bulk emails to a group of specific people.



Audio & Video Conferencing

NYU Zoom is a cloud-based, full featured web, video, and audio conferencing service which allows online meetings and webinars. This offering can be used instead of hardware focused videoconferencing services such as Polycom and Cisco with comparable results. The service allows participants to engage in synchronous online meetings from a conference room solution, a mobile device, personal computer, or phone. Participating via a smart phone or computer  will allow the users to share both live video and share content from the device.
