During the Summer Semester 2012 I worked as an intern at DuArt Film & Video, performing my training in the lab under the supervision of the chief engineer Maurice Schechter. In 13 weeks I had the possibility to complete many tasks by assisting several technicians, working on both individual and team projects, and dealing with analog and digital material on various AV formats. I worked on projects involving film restoration, video preservation and restoration, and I was in the team that worked in collaboration with MoMA for the Quay Brothers Retrospective On Deciphering the Pharmacist’s Prescription for Lip-Reading Puppets.
