At the Courant Institute Library I worked under the Head Librarian Carol Hutchins. I was tasked to organize the donation of all materials related to the '75th Anniversary Collection' that were used to create a documentary for the institution. I converted the content of the collection (mostly DVD-R's) into digital files and organized the rights and releases to the collection. Afterwards I worked with the other various media in library's collection that included magnetic media and open reel audio tape. I organized these material and wrote a care and handling guide for the library. I also created a survey/research aid to help the Library understand how professors and researchers were accessing and creating such AV material for their own personal use and documentation.
