During the Spring 2014 semester, I interned with the Public Relations and Marketing Department at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater as a Video/Photo Library Archive Specialist. During my internship, I: 1. Analyzed existing library and archival storage tracking systems. 2. Assessed and made recommendations for the implementation of a database and proper storage conditions for current inventory. 3. Created guidelines for organization, management and the ongoing care of materials. 4. Conducted an inventory of the AAADT video materials (existing in various formats) in the Production and External Affairs Departments media folder on the in house server.
