Kimberly Tarr, Museum of Modern Art, Spring 2008

The collections of two key persons in American film history, filmmaker Stan Brackage and gallerist Julien Levy, occupied Kimberly Tarr in her internship at the Museum of Modern Art's Circulating Film Library. In both cases, Tarr conducted research through paper files relating to the film holdings, assisting MoMA staff with collection management. She helped the Film Library with their preparations for an exhibition on Salvador Dali, Dali: Painting and Film.
