Mercer Media, as one of the only facilities in the Northeast to re-format videotapes, gave Nicole Martin hands-on experience with making preservation masters for tapes made in the 1970s, on the first portable video format. She worked closely with owner Bill Seery, assisting with client sessions where legacy, vintage machines were used to give new life to the work of artists and cultural organizations.
