Throughout the summer at the Harry Ransom Center, I successfully rehoused 1,000+ films from the collections of Ted Spagna and Warren Skaaren. From Ted Spagna, 122 films were rewound and given metadata. I learned how to handle large-scale projects, communicate between multiple departments, and work independently to push projects forward.

This internship was particularly special to me as I was able to return to my hometown and experience a great center that prides itself on providing access for researchers all over the world. The staff at the Harry Ransom Center was so lovely and friendly. This experience allowed me to grow my confidence, and I hope to continue working with them in the future!
