The Museum of Modern Art
I helped the Archives Department of the Museum of Modern Art preserve their digitized and born-digital sound and video recordings. I did an item-level assessment of over 1,000 optical media carriers (including audio CDs, DVDs, and CD-ROMs), ensuring their content is backed up in both the Museum's servers and their digital preservation platform. I also checked the accuracy of existing finding aids.
Overall, I transferred 497 disks with audio content and 317 disks with video content, helping to preserve around 1TB of digital data.
