Rod Berg brings 20+ years of global experience in creative recruitment, talent acquisition, and academic leadership. He spent a decade leading Career Services at Parsons School of Design, partnering with companies from Apple to Walt Disney to help students launch their careers. He later served as Director of Talent Acquisition Design at VF Corporation (Vans, The North Face, Timberland) and led creative recruitment at a McCann Worldgroup agency. Rod is now VP of Creative Recruiting at a global Executive Search firm, working with top brands and agencies worldwide. Born in Los Angeles, raised in London, and based in New York, he is dedicated to guiding the next generation of creatives.
