Agnes Walsh is a Filipinx actor, singer, music producer, andmulti-intrumentalist. From an early age, they began public performance through choir and a capella, and soon moved onto musical theater and teaching themself piano, guitar, and today writes and self-produces their music. Currently, Agnes is exploring queer theory, and how LGBTQ identities can exist in art and media in the context of cishet normative world.

In their free time, Agnes loves karaoke.

Why PS @ NYU?

Every child grows up with the question: "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Who that question isolates are the child who don't want to choose. Performance Studies, the interdisciplinary program that it is, allowed me to intersect, to combine, and create hybrids of the passions I didn't want to be forced to choose between.
