The New York Times recently reviewed the  MOMA exhibit, "Judson Dance Theater: The Work is Never Done," in which Open Arts faculty member Pat Hoffbauer is currently performing. The exhibit celebrates the New York-based dancers and choreographers whose work revolutionized post-modern dance in the 1960s. Pat is performing several works of Yvonne Rainier, one of the central figures of the Judson movement, and who Pat has worked with in the past. From the article:

"The Rainer style allows for both kinds of performance; it also easily includes the marvelous playfulness and fantasy expressed by Keith Sabado and the uninhibited absurdity of Patricia Hoffbauer — as well as for other highly individual figures."
