JONATHAN ANNAND, great animator and NYU Tisch alum (Class of ’94), returned to his alma mater this year to the delight of the current students, who enjoyed hearing about his career and learning from the animation tips he shared.
Jonathan was with Disney Studios Florida as Character Animator on "Brother Bear"; "Mulan"; "Lilo and Stitch"; "Beauty and the Beast - Special Edition", among other films; then Lead Character Animator at Electronic Arts Tiburon on the "Madden" video game series; currently, he is Senior Animator at Iron Galaxy Studios on the "Killer Instinct" series.
He memorialized his visit to the “NYU Home for Elder Toon Professors” with this wonderful drawing/photo combo of himself in the middle of J.J. Sedelmaier (l.) and Jon Canemaker.
