This past fall, Hannah organized Home Movie Day in Brooklyn, an event that gives members of the community an opportunity to screen their personal home movies. When an issue arose with the screening space, Hannah found a new venue and moved the equipment to the alternative space in order to ensure the event's success. Hannah also coordinated the venue for a UNESCO World Day for Audiovisual Hertiage event hosted by the AMIA Student Chapter at NYU. Based around the theme of "Archivist as Artist", Hannah made it possible for the event to be held at New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, where it was free and open to the public.

In addition to her work with the AMIA chapter, Hannah volunteered as a MIAP student representative at departmental and program meetings throughout the year. She also served as MIAP student representative to a faculty search committee. Throughout the year, Hannah has demonstrated her committment to serving fellow MIAP students and the broader NYU/NYC community by volunteering her time and energy.

Hannah is the 5th MIAP student or student-led group to win a President's Service Award, starting in 2013 when the AMIA Student Chapter at NYU was awarded this honor. Congratulations, Hannah, and thank you!
