I assessed a collection of about 1,8000 1/8 inch audio tapes. During my internship, I organized the tapes into a series of categories that my internship had provided. Each category was to be organized in chronological order. In addition to cleaning them, organizing, inspecting them and rehousing them, I compiled a spreadsheet with metadata. My supervisor provided certain fields that needed to be entered, and I added additional fields that were important, such as the condition of tape, and if the tape is a master or not.
