Over the course of my internship at the LGBT Community Center National History Archive, I undertook a range of projects dedicated to collection management of the archive’s audiovisual holdings. These projects included conducting inventory and creating corresponding spreadsheets for ten collections, funding research and application development, ArchivesSpace management, content research, digitization, and other miscellaneous archive tasks.

The collection with which I worked most closely was the Gay Dating Game Show records, a collection of U-matic tapes of a series that ran on public access cable in New York City from 1989-1990. I inspected these tapes, digitized two of them for researcher access, and prepared a draft application for a large scale digitization project.
