On February 2, 2023, APP Chair and Professor, Pato Hebert led a talk for the Long COVID Survival Guide. The conversation focused on the history of patient-led movements and activism, the role of community support, and how people can best equip themselves to understand their experience and navigate biased healthcare systems. Pato Hebert is a visual artist, educator and organizer. He joined Tisch School of the Art’s Department of Art & Public Policy in 2012, where he has served as Chair since 2020.
